A lot of the changes we experience (and continue to experience) can lead to stress and challenges that impact our mental and physical well-being. It’s especially true these days where everything is aggravated by the changing world as we try and adapt to the new normal. We are staying at home more. We can no longer vacation anywhere. People getting sick and passing away from COVID. Couples are getting divorced.

In this first episode of The Behaviour Sleuths, we discuss these changes, how they can impact our lives and what we can do to cope. The Behaviour Sleuths is a weekly YouTube series where mediation practitioner, Sala Sihombing of Change Your Conflict and I talk about human behaviour, psychology, and conflict.
