Meditating can help you manage stress, reduce anxiety, and cultivate peace of mind, as well as having longer term benefits on your mental, physical, and emotional health.
I’ve created the below series of guided meditations. At first, it’s very normal for your mind and thoughts to keep racing, and to find it challenging to complete the entire duration of the recording. The meditation series one through five will help to train your mind to quiet and connect to your body. Meditation one is five minutes, meditation two is ten minutes, meditation three is fifteen minutes, meditation four is twenty minutes and meditation five is twenty five minutes. If you are new to meditation, starting with meditation one and moving into the longer meditations will help to train your meditation practice.
So take the pressure off, find a comfortable and quiet place either sitting or lying down with your eyes closed and just stay for as long as you can.
