You might have experienced abuse and trauma that is now affecting your self worth, ability to trust, relationships and your health. You might be going through a challenging divorce, have a difficult co-parenting situation, custody concerns and fears, experiencing challenging relationships at work, are unsure of how to navigate your career pathway, or struggling to find your purpose.  

Our sessions will allow you to freely express your emotions, desires and stresses.

I can help you understand yourself and others better, and guide you if you are feeling hopeless, anxious, unsafe, unable to form relationships, unable to sleep or eat, stressed out, heart-broken, stuck or feeling lost.

I believe in focusing on what is going right, your personal strengths and resilience to help you through the dark times.
